Hello Backers, here is your September update!
- Production has completed on the Stands and those are on the way to the warehouse. Once they arrive we'll be shipping those out.
- All other accessories are in production and should be completed and shipping soon.
- The Canopy is in production as there have been some issues with materials and supply chain but we're still actively working on getting these as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and we are doing what we can to stay on top of production to get this done as soon as possible. We'll post another update as we get more information from production.
August Update

Hello Backers!
Once again, thank you for your support and patience. We know this process has taken longer than we originally planned but that is the nature of manufacturing at times. Please see below for updates on the products in this campaign.
- The Stands have all completed production and have been packed, palletized and are making their journey to our warehouses as of August 5th.
- The TreePod Canopies are moving through production and we expect those to finish up soon.
- All other accessories are being completed and those also are finishing up.
Once we start shipping any item we will reach out to confirm address just in-case they might have changed and we will make sure you get your orders. We will update again as soon as we hear any news from our factories.

As we are sure you have all noticed, April shipping has passed and also May an June. July is now upon us and unfortunately we won’t be shipping this month either. General overseas shipping and production delays have been quite a headache for the manufacting of all products. We have not abandoned this project and we will update you as soon as products are en route to our warehouse.As far as what has completed goes, the Stands are very near the end of production and will be the first items to ship. As far as what has completed, the Stands are very near the end of production and will be the first items to ship. Mattresses and the inflator pumps are in production. Other accessories are also in production and we are waiting to hear back on completion of those. The Treepod Canopy, the main focus of the campain, is in the beginning stages of production and will be completed quickly once it starts rolling.
From start to finish, once production begins on our products it will take 60-90 days to reach our warehouse, clearing customs and oversea travel being the cause of typical delays. What will likely happen is once production is completed, we will ship Backer’s orders by air to get product in your hands quicker.

Order and shipping updates, May 2022

Hello backers!
As many of you have probably noticed, we are beyond the predicted shipping date of April 30, 2022. There have been material shortages at our factories and delayed shipping times due to the increase in productions and shipments now that restrictions have been lowered.
That said, there is time to get into your backerkit, update address, add-ons and other changes that might occur. We've not yet charged any cards for anything you might have added so you've got time to make changes.
We're actively working to get some solid dates down for arrival times on product but it is all still moving along and we'll know something soon.

Thank you all for your patience, it has been quite a busy time for us in getting everything ready to meet shipping times from the factories and getting things ready to send out to you all. We've sent out our first batch of surveys to select your rewards to make sure everything is running correctly and in 24 hours we'll sent it out to everyone with any errors or issues fixed up.
