Now, we're excited to share some important news about your TreePod Canopy order, and we're keeping it real with you every step of the way.

Starting Monday, we're kicking off the shipping process for all TreePod Canopy orders! 🚚🌳

However, here's the scoop: due to some unforeseen financial challenges, we couldn't produce the Aquamarine and Moss color options. We genuinely apologize for not communicating this earlier. Right now, these colors are temporarily off the table, and we can't provide a solid timeline for their return.

If you've ordered a Moss or Aquamarine, you can expect to receive an additional email with detailed instructions on how to select your alternative color preference. Please make sure to read and respond to this email by Wednesday, October 25th.

We are thrilled to update you with some fantastic news - the long-awaited moment has finally arrived! Our TreePod Canopy and all accompanying accessories have officially shipped from the factories. As we write this, they are making their journey to the port, sailed on September 4th, from where they will be swiftly transported to our warehouses.

The road to this point has been long, often filled with unexpected challenges and hurdles. Through it all, one constant remained – the incredible patience, support, and enthusiasm from each one of you. We understand that waiting for a Kickstarter project to come to fruition can test one's patience, but you all have shown an unwavering belief in our vision, and for that, we are genuinely humbled and eternally grateful.

Once the products reach our warehouses, we have a streamlined process in place to ensure they are immediately dispatched to you. We can't wait for you to experience the TreePod Canopy firsthand, enjoy its comfort, and immerse in the relaxation it promises.

We are currently in the process of producing and packing the TreePod Canopy and various accessories, and we are confident that you will love the final product as much as we do. Shipping May/June!

It’s the update we have all have been waiting for, shipping at the end of May and early June.  After numerous delays on account of material supply, factory timelines and pricing. We are fully back in production with the products from the campaign and expect to receive them to our warehouse for shipping in May. We are hoping everything continues on this track as we are just as eager to see this campaign come to a close and finally put the product in hands.

Thank you for your patience through this process and will follow up as we hear updates from the factory.

TreePod October Update

Hello Backers! We have received the first shipment of the Treepod and Canopy Stands to the warehouse. We will be processing and shipping out these items once fully received into inventory. We will also be sending out any additional TreePods and accessories that were ordered as add-ons at this time.

The large mattresses and the TreePod Canopy are still in production and should hopefully be on the way soon. We'll post out another update once items are shipping from the warehouse and as we get information from the factory.
